I have been using the Hutchens Company for about 7 years. I live in a 90 year old farm house with a 50 year old residential heating boiler for heat. A residential heating boiler is common in the north but not in the south. The first time the system failed after I moved into the house the first three heating repair companies that I called did not have a clue as to how to even deal with my system. When I finally found the Hutchens company they promptly sent out a repair tech and defined the problem within a few minutes. I moved in here about 8 years ago, almost every year some part of my heating system fails. Each time the Hutchens company sends a guy out they show up exactly when they say they will. Each repair tech has been very professional, extremely courteous and willing to answer any and all questions. These people are very competent. Their pricing is fair.
